I am at JFK and it looks like I might leave on time. We all know the drill - we board and sit on the runway (see Dallas to Dulles saga) but I am hopeful. My plane is here. I am glad I am not going through Dallas today because it looks messy for at least another day or so.
American Airlines continues to suffer with customer service but I would probably be cranky if I worked for a crappy company.
Oh and we had a hearty breakfast/lunch at a NJ diner. As Mary pointed out, New Jersey is known for its diners. I then saw the lovely sites of Staten Island, Brooklyn and Queens.
