only 2 decent things about February: my birthday and mac'n'cheese. how do they connect for me? well, grandma always fixed her special mac'n'cheese for my birthday dinner. missing her is probably one reason why i reach for the box of kraft on my special day. it is the best fix for the blues.

I wonder what was her recipe. It is the one thing that I can make that tastes really good (at least I think it tastes good).
I never adapted well to Kraft mac & cheese because of the baked mac & cheese (with Velveeta) my mom made on nearly a weekly basis. Hmm...
