Well everything is packed except for the car stuff, coffee maker, and a lampshade. I have set a personal moving record for being prepared the day before the movers show up. We are going to Liberty Bar and Grill tonight for one last dinner in Hoboken.

May 6: Arrive in Portland

I'm impressed. I'm always up 'till the wee wee hours trying to finish throwing things in boxes before the movers show up at some ungodly hour of the morning. I'm lucky if I remember to eat (or have anything to eat left in my kitchen). And I still always end up with a box of miscellaneous crap that I forgot to pack in my car, wedged between the dog, her kennel, and my vacuum.
